Your Three-Step Sole Ritual

  1. PREPARE - Fill a basin with comfortably warm water and add your chosen footsie mineral soak. Stir to dissolve.

  2. SOAK - Immerse your feet, relax for around 15 - 20 minutes. Pat dry thoroughly, paying particular attention to between       toes.

  3. NOURISH - Massage a little menthol and peppermint foot cream into your feet, again paying particular attention to the soles of your feet and between your toes.
